Current Positions

Front Office Coordinator – Easley, SC

Status: Full Time
Hours of Work: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM Monday through Friday

Our busy private practice physical therapy clinic is seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Office Coordinator. This position is the first point of contact for our patients, making professionalism, organization, and excellent customer service essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet and assist patients at check-in and check-out
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
  • Enter, update, and scan patient information accurately
  • Verify insurance benefits and assist with patient authorizations
  • Organize and maintain patient charge sheets
  • Collect and process patient payments
  • Maintain an organized, efficient, and welcoming front desk and office environment

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and highly organized
  • Previous medical office or insurance verification experience a plus, but not required
