Physical Therapist Assistant Heather Conner, PTA

Heather’s heart is to encourage her patients through laughter and joy while providing excellent physical therapy care. She strives to create lasting relationships with her patients and enhance the rehabilitation process by ensuring each person as a positive outlook of the healing process. Her specialties include: neurological rehabilitation for individuals suffering from stroke, Parkinson’s disease, and brain injuries. She is certified in Parkinson’s Big and Loud program. She practices in Lymphedema management. She is the public relations chair to the South Carolina Chapter of the American Physical Therapy Association (SCAPTA). She received the SCAPTA Outstanding PTA Award in 2018. In her time off, she is an avid equestrian, a semi-professional artist/photographer, and martial arts instructor.
