No. You can call for an appointment directly. Our staff will discuss and review your insurance benefits and/or out-of-pocket cost/copay prior to treatment.

Yes. We accept most insurance plans. Our staff will review your insurance benefits prior to your first treatment session.

On your first day it is best to arrive a few minutes early to complete our intake paperwork. Then you will have an evaluation and treatment by one of our Physical Therapist. Please wear athletic or lose fitting comfortable clothing to allow ease of treatment and evaluation. Each session typically lasts an hour. Please download our New Patient Packet and complete prior to your first day to speed the initial paperwork process.
