Stephanie brings over 10 years of fitness industry experience to our team. She enjoys connecting with clients and creating a program to achieve their goals. Stephanie is a certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. With a wide range of experience working with young athletes to active adults, she specializes in strength training and quality of life. While physical fitness and strength training are critical to a healthy lifestyle, Stephanie is also a certified Nutrition Coach with the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
She is very active in her local YMCA and volunteers her time coaching & training youth volleyball. When she’s not busy working out and staying active, Stephanie can be found on the court or ball field cheering on her children. Stephanie also loves a good DIY home project or anything that keeps her husband busy around the house.
